O'Reilly Auto Parts

Bought a battery for my truck here and they installed it for free , I've had good luck with there house brand battery's called Superstart. I give this local business 5 stars , for ther well stocked and clean store , and friendly staff .

This store is hands down the friendliest store you could ever visit. Our truck broke down while on vacation right down the road from this store, they were kind enough to allow us to bring our dog into the store to get out of the heat for a few minutes. Very friendly, very helpful. I could not say enough kind things about the staff they had working May 10th. If I questioned O’Reilly’s in general because of other stores in the past, this store would make you want to only use an O’Reilly’s ever again. Thank you for such kind service and compassion for your customers

BIG SHOUT OUT to DOUG..at the Van Buren (Alma Hwy) store. My car had been in the shop at a dealership in FS and they left it a complete mess. Doug went above and beyond to help when my check engine light came on shortly after leaving the dealership. He found the problem immediately and fixed it in the parking lot of O'Reilly's. I can't Thank him enough for his kindness and going out of his way to help! If I could give this store 10 STARS they definitely deserve it. They always go out of their way to help others!! Keep up the great work!!

Zoey was the most friendly, helpful employee that I have ever dealt with at an O’Rielly’s, which is the only parts store I use! She deserves recognition for her customer service and positive attitude! She even helped with installation and wanted to use our installation as a training experience for another employee to learn and grow. By far the best customer experience I’ve ever had at an O’Reilly’s.
