I came to Vernon’s O’Reiley Auto Parts recently to determine whether my battery or alternator needed to be replaced. I was told that they would run diagnostics on my car for free, and free definitely works for me! Yes, it was the battery, and James worked diligently in the cold to replace the battery (and windshield wipers) at no extra charge. My 2021 Volvo offered extra factory removal and installation challenges, but James took it all in stride and without complaint. Thank you so much, O’Reiley Auto Parts, for offering me hometown access and great customer service!

I honestly want to brag on the employees in the store so I’m over the Road truck driver and I broke down at Walmart with a radiator hose that Busted. I called O’Reillys and the lady answered, and I was really in panic mode and see calm me down very professionally And tell me to bear with her cause she was trying to find a hose for me. Well, she finally found that she had a poster for me so I didn’t have a choice but to walk so I walked a little over a mile and a half to get there to pick up the hose and when I got there, I had told her the wrong size But again she was very professional and she figured it out what size a hose I needed and not only that when I paid for the hose, she told one of her employees to grab the company truck and give me a ride back to Walmart so I wouldn’t have to w

Went to O'Reilly on my way back from Fort Worth heading to Amarillo. My old truck had the brake lights and engine lights and stopped and got it checked. Two of their workers were very nice and friendly and helped me so much. Really appreciate customer service 🙏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

We called and asked about a part.. We were told of yes we carry all sizes. My husband gave the exact sizes and length and again was told they had it in stock. Drove 31 miles to the store and NO they don't carry it!!! You need to hire people who know what they are taklkng about instead of just a body to fill a space.
