Excellent service. My engine started shaking at 2 am last night. Had to sleep in the car on the side of the highway because no one would come in tow it. The women working the front desk was more than helpful, she was compassionate and had me in and out in just over an hour. We didn’t know how long it was gonna be and walked to a coffee shop 2 miles away, the car ended up finishing while we were there. She went as far as to come and pick us up. If I lived here I would be a very loyal customer. Wonderful service!

Sammy’s is amazing, they are so kind and gracious. I would highly recommend using them for any of your needs. We had an emergency situation, we were driving from Nevada and out of nowhere a metal piece (later found out it was our skid plate) came off of our car and got stuck underneath, we were able to get it out, but we’re afraid it may have caused damage (especially since we have no knowledge of cars). Vernon was the next closest town so we chose Sammy’s. Even though they were about to close, they still took time out of their day to check our car and make sure nothing got damaged underneath/nothing was leaking. After finding no damage, they sent us on our way with well wishes and made the service complimentary.

We had emergency car trouble in Vernon and Sammy’s had the best reviews. Sammy did the work a day sooner and at half the price the dealership wanted. Very happy with the work, both the quality and the timing. He worked with us to make our time in Vernon much less stressful. He even dropped the car back to us at our hotel so we didn’t have to walk in the August heat. Thank you so much Sammy!
