I bought my battery in 2023. Today, when I had my car checked, the shop suggested replacing it. I called O’Reilly, and they told me to come in so they could test the battery. Since it was still under warranty, they were able to replace it. Thank you so much to Jason, Jamison, and Zach — they were very helpful with the battery change.

Came in to buy some oil and oil changing pan for my truck. I guess I interrupt two employees having a conversation about a snack and from that point on Customer Service went down the hill never coming back to this location. i’ve been here several times to pick up the steam stuff. Never had any problems until today.

I purchased a motorcycle battery from O’Reilly Auto Parts, trusting their reputation and the promise of a 6-month warranty. At exactly 6.5 months, the battery completely failed—it no longer held a charge, despite proper maintenance and minimal use. I returned to the store hoping for a reasonable solution, but was told there was nothing they could do because the warranty had expired just two weeks prior. The manager was polite but firm: policy is policy. No exceptions, no goodwill gesture, no partial credit—just a shrug and a suggestion to buy a new one. For a product that barely lasted past the warranty window, this felt like a slap in the face. I bought a battery and they swapped it out for free. Staff is knowledgeable just give them time to research/look stuff up for you're car.
