The auto part employee, Gage was a very nice and respectful young man. He listened to my issue I was having with my car, checked everything out, and concluded it was my battery. I purchased a new battery and he installed it. I was so overwhelmed with his assist I gave him a nice tip. Thanks Gage!

If I could give zero stars I would . The "Manager" Dusty a woman with a horrible attitude . They have a sign for valvoline maxlife oil for 31.99 with microguard filter. She tells me the oil that I chose is not it . It clearly says maxlife high mileage and is in front of the oil I selected. When I try to show her its the same oil, in front of the sale sign which shows 31.99 she raises her voice and says "I can read" ! This is highly unacceptable and you never speak to people like this. Especially if they never raised their voice at you. This is not manager behavior and this person needs training , also I would do a drug test as this is not a sober response to this situation.

Employees are smart, friendly and more than happy to help.in numerous ways from a smile at the counter or standing in the blistering cold and wind to help with your vehicle.

Picked up fronts pads for wifes car and A/C accumulator for truck. Walked in and walked out inside of 10 minutes. It was an effortless experience.

I like knowing the employees by name n even after two years, Earl, has been the most helpful n he always makes sure I have what I need. He's easy to talk to n he knows what I'm talking about when I describe my issues.
