Ken is amazing. Both my headlights went out this morning while driving down KGB. I pulled into O’Reilly and gave Ken my vehicle info. I didn’t know what type of bulb I needed so Ken removed my old bulbs and placed new ones in. Yes it’s such a small task but it saved me time to have to Google and do it myself. New customer.

Shout out to Destiny at our Wasilla, AK store! Life saver for finding the wiper blades my vehicle needed, AND installing them for me in frigid temps!!! Thank you for the excellent service!!

Walked into the store with a part number in hand, waited patiently for the associate to get off of the phone. When he put the phone down he looked at me and said "what?" Then I walked to the counter and said I need some brake pads, and he said, "k?" I thought he didn't hear me, so I said again I need some rear brake pads, thinking he was going to ask me what vehicle or if I had a part number and instead he just said"K?" Again. Usually when I come into this location the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, but this guy was just rude. I'm so sorry for bothering you at work, I'm heading to Palmer to pick up my brake pads.

Customer service x could be better. Seems like every time I go there, the workers act like you’re bothering them if you ask them a question. Not Ken though. He’s always helpful and nice
