⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review I purchased a battery online from O’Reilly Auto Parts back in July 2024. Unfortunately, the battery went bad, but when I called customer service, they told me I could visit any O’Reilly store to handle the warranty. I spoke with Rene, the store manager, who was friendly and professional. She looked up my invoice and confirmed the battery was under warranty, and that they could also take my old core. When I arrived, the store was spotless and very well organized. Rene helped me through the entire process, and TJ quickly installed the new battery for me — excellent teamwork! Brian was assisting another customer but still made sure to greet me and let me know someone would help shortly. The best part — I didn’t have to pay a thing for the replacement or installation

Tanya is an absolute angel and anyone knows taking toddlers anywhere can be alot but she was soooo helpful and was so sweet to my son. Tanya is a great asset and I appreciate her! She gave me options and fixed my gas cap! I Will be back because of her.

Nice and organized, clean, new location, staff always helpful. Renee was great to work with, accommodating and knowledgeable. Right down the street from many shoppes and other places of you need more variety for parts.
