Had a great experience at Zap Auto Care. I went in for an oil change and Joshua was straightforward, no BS, and very professional. He’s a certified BMW mechanic, which gave me a lot of confidence trusting him to work on my BMW. Honest service and solid work. I’ll definitely be back.

Had an oil leak in my 2011 Honda Accord with 303,000 miles. Have been very blessed with very few problems over the years. Was not ready to sell it and buy another vehicle just yet. Called Joshua, owner of Zap, around 7PM on Friday, January 2. Explained what issue I had. He asked that I come by at 9AM on Saturday, January 3. Being an early bird, I showed up around 8:20. His 8AM appointment did not show so Joshua quickly took my vehicle in. After inspecting the oil leak, he replaced 3 gasket seals and thoroughly washed the engine because it was caked with leaking oil. All appeared to be corrected. However, after driving away, he called to say there was some fresh oil on the driveway and if I could come back, he wanted to see if it was still leaking. Quickly turned around and he proceeded t

The team was friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly. My van now drives smoothly and stops perfectly. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. I have found a new mechanic! Joshua was quick to respond to my needed car repairs. If you are looking for a competent, transparent, and friendly mechanic, this is the place. His labor cost per hour is less than half price of the dealerships - which made my experience even better.

Josh did an amazing job on our car repair! He was incredibly fast, detail-oriented, and I found him to be beyond reasonable in price. We will definitely return for any car repair needs.
