O'Reilly Auto Parts

Nikolas just saved my year by replacing my car battery. The price was a little steep, but I suppose that's just how it be sometimes. Will definitely be coming back when I need some new parts for my old Malibu.

Found a part online that said was in stock. I went into the store and looked, but didn't find it. I asked for help and was told the general area it would be and if it wasn't there they didn't have it. So again I looked by myself and didn't find the part. I left and decided to just order online, but the only option was to have door dash come and pick it up from the store I was at. I figured since I was there I would ask the workers again which was met by giving me the exact same response and that they could order it for me. Why does online not match the current stock? Why would I pay a door dash driver to go and get told the exact same thing I did 20 mins earlier?

The old grumpy guy up front named Ron should be reprimanded and frankly fired for his disheveled nature and disrespectful manner in which he speaks to the general public. He should not be in a retail position. He interjected himself into a cordial conversation I was having with another representative discussing the fairly new oil drop off requirements. (Props to that representative 🤝) He then proceeded to cut me off, speak over me, and put his hands on his hips and tell me this was his business when I tried to reply. He turned it into a complete argument for zero reason. The other representative even told him that he wasnt understanding and I wasnt asking about what he was speaking too. Took my 2009 Toyota Sienna to Westminster O'Reilly's tonight because of a bad battery and the two gentlemen there were friendly and helped me pick out and install a new battery on the spot! Great service! Thanks!

Beware!!! I brought a battery in on 9/15 to test for a charge. They "charged" it for 1-1/2 hours and when I came in to pick it up they took it off and pulled off a note that stated "bad battery" and it should be replaced. I took the battery back because I was working with AAA (it was a AAA battery) on it and trying to determine if AAA needed to replace the battery. The AAA tech put it back into the car and it worked fine. I have shopped at this store for a few years and I now feel like they were trying to scam me to buy a new battery. That sucks! That is no way to earn business. I am going to warn everyone that I know to avoid this store.
