Walked in with an engine misfire, and Jesus totally helped me out. Manager with red hair initially told me if my code wasn’t actively flashing the reader wouldn’t pick up the code, which is total BS! Jesus made sure I was taken care of, helped me pull the code (WHICH WAS THERE). And got me taken care of with the spark plug and coil. I would have ruined my car driving back to Chicago without his help. Dude is a lifesaver
They had the part I was after but weren't able to look it up themselves I had to google search it on my phone for them. Outside of that they were very helpful and accommodating. Quick service.
Always a pleasure working with them compared to advanced auto.
They had the Harmonic balance puller I needed. The associate processed a lifetime warranty exchange after pulling up my four year old purchase on her system.
Not only did they have what I needed, but the knowledge showed. When I ask questions. The price was right and the individual who helped me was very customer friendly. I will definitely go back for anything I need for my 2016 Jeep Patriot.
