Whitehall Car Wash /Quick Lube. OIL CHANGE IS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS

Only go here if you want your car damaged. Washed 1/2 of car. You girls laughing with brush dented the side of my truck. The drivers side did not get washed - see photos. Asked to please have washed/rewashed. They refused. Called manager who did nothing.

I’ve been here before and have had no issues until today. The oil change - top notch. But the car wash? Absolutely terrible. Paid for the $14.00 wash. Was charged $15.00. Ok. I get it, it’s a $1 but it wasn’t authorized. The spin things didn’t even touch my car, so the entire passenger side is still filthy. The girls “prewashing” with the brooms - slammed it on the hood and wiped it 2-3 times and was done. The entire back of my car is still absolutely filthy. Expected more from this place. It used to be the only one I went to. Will be taking my business to the Shell one from here on out. Might not touch my car but definitely did a better job cleaning it that’s for sure.

I got an oil change here on 2/6/2026 on the evening of 2/7/2026 I needed my car towed. The car started overheating badly! we had to leave the car and get it towed twice. Thank God the firefighters were called by someone along the road they sent help because we were out in what it felt like -10 degrees around 8:00 pm with our 3 year old stranded. We took it into the mechanic they said the radiator fan was broken and the coolant hose disconnected from how hot the engine was. We needed to replace the battery because it was also fried due to the overheating. They needed to flush the entire system there was a concoction of fluids/ liquids. This was absolutely done because of the crappy oil change. We got our car back after about 2 weeks . The same day the car started acting up AGAIN so we took

Quick is in the name. They get you in and on your way with no hassle and no trying to upsell you with those extended car warranties haha! I love that if you have used oil (from small engines or whatever) you can bring it in and they’ll take it free of charge to dispose of properly.

I’ve been going to that car wash for a years now and I very much recommend them to anyone looking to get great service with a smile! I have littles that love riding thru the car wash they even have bubbles and neon colors all thru it! If you look I even got my rims shined! I really appreciate Violet she’s the best and she always takes take off her customers!!! Thank you so much, you’ll always have my service!!!
