O'Reilly Auto Parts

The staff didn't acknowledge us when we entered the store. We walked around looking at the Rims for my car. Was going up to the front counter the male staff walked away over to the female worked at the Car Battery location. Never acknowledge us at all. We just walked out of the store and we'll never return!!!

Have a business account with them and they have always help me with anything I needed for any vehicle I have worked on and always friendly

Great staff, very helpful. Go out the way to get the part you need thoroughly checking if they have the part and that is what you need.

Both associates were very attentive and helpful. I was able to order the part that needed in.

Couldn't even acknowledge my presence. Obviously the phone was more important. I understand it gets busy. However it' takes only a second to say hello and I'll be right with you. 10 mins is just rude.
