Kyle just helped my novice (& w/injured wrist self probably hidden by coat and gloves) change a burnt out headlight in the middle of a wet steady snowstorm in a hoodie. I felt terrible but I'm driving back home tonight & further tomorrow, and he saved my tuchus. 1st rate, that was definitely above and beyond did not just say figure it out at home when you have an umbrella. I went in for a new battery after mine died and I got a jump start just to make it to the store. Matthew was so nice and helpful and installed it on the spot for me. He couldn’t have been more kind. He’s a total gem!

Useless employee tell me I'm not allowed to use the store because it's not my "home" store as they all stand in a circle instead of helping. Will take my commercial business elsewhere due to poor management
