Horrible customer service. The lady that answered refused to help me and argued about what motor I was buying a starter for. Then she hung up the phone. I don’t know where they hire their ppl from but she needs to go

We rented a fan clutch wrench set and we were going to return them the same evening. Ended up being later than expected, I called them and David answered the phone at 8:54 and I told them I would be there close to closing time (9) please stay open I won't be long just have to return a wrench set. He said "as long as you are here before 9 it won't be a problem." We pulled up to the door at 8:58 and the door was locked. I called and they peaked their head out from the office, ignored my call and made eye contact with me. Really irritates me considering the fact that I told them I would be there close to closing time and he purposely ignored me/ Locked the door early. Wasted an hours fuel and time. What happened to customer service, obviously they don't care they just get a check and go home

This place doesn't know parts and vehicles well enough to be considered a car parts store. Don't expect to get the right part for your vehicle when you shop here. I'm pretty confident the employees are just there for a paycheck.
