02/15/2026: First off, I called the store to make sure they had the car battery I needed. The phone rang endlessly, so much that I second guessed if they were even open. Then I drove there, went in to get a car battery yesterday. The transaction portion was smooth however, I went to get the battery off the high counter and almost dropped to the ground because it was so heavy. I made a comment about it being really heavy. The response from the cashier was "yeah". No one offered to help me to the door, despite slowly waddling to it, (ok, fine) but, the kicker was when I was trying to maneuver through the doors while double-handed with the battery plus a phone and my money purse. Basic human decency would be to at least offer to get doors when someone doesn't have hands free because they just

Horrible horrible horrible change in management.... What a poor decision on whoever made that choice.... cursing rap music playing behind counter with a guy back there on the phone ignoring customers while talking about boxing ? What happened to this place !!??? .... I'm taking my commerical business to AutoZone as they clearly want by business... orielly delivery times suck now, customer service is by far the worst I've experienced, the new " manager" Mike tells me he doesn't make deliveries priority anymore? Even a VIP employee apologized for his behavior and they're different companies! It's insane how fast you can run down a business and change it so drastically with the wrong people .... Is there even anyone left there from the old staff who knew everyone by name ?

Bought electrical parts and oil change kit for my truck. The guy behind the counter was rude and made me feel like I was bothering him. I'm 70 years old and have hearing issues. I gave him my O'rielys club number, (phone number) and he said I already asked that and you didn't reply. I explained I was hard of hearing and he just shoved the items and receipt towards me and ignored me. No thank you. No personality. Terrible people skills. Good news is. Just down the road is an Advance Auto. Very helpful there. My new Auto parts store now.

Amazing customer service. They are always willing to help me out, whether it’s finding the right products or filling my tires up with air. Definitely recommend
