VIP Tires & Service

I booked online the day before, they were expecting me and had a quote already. I only waited an an hour and 45 mins for a bunch of things done to my car, and they gave me advice for my bumper. The waiting area was clean and comfortable to wait in. Alex was great about keeping me updated on what they were doing and things they were finding. Thank you!

As usual, Marlowe treated me as though I was the only customer in the room, and carefully itemized each aspect of the job. He made sure that he had helped me take advantage of any discounts- the military discount was very helpful! Nick was courteous and helpful as he contacted me by phone to let me know how the work was progressing...I really like seeing the same faces at VIP through the years and it says alot about this particular shop in Winslow that the employees stay for years...although I am able to have other repairs done well, locally for less, I will always purchase tires at Winslow VIP for the outstanding service and support...

I was in the middle of a 6 hour trip when my engine was about to overheat. After going to the VIP in Waterville (they were too busy but also helpful) I was sent to this location. The guys were so kind and they were able to take care of my car issue. They showed me what piece needed replacement and kept me updated with price and progress throughout. For it being a stressful situation they set my mind at ease and were so wonderful and helpful. I’m so grateful for the entire experience from start to finish!

I can’t say enough good things about VIP in Winslow and the kind of people they have working there. I was broke down in the Walmart parking lot with an oil leak, stressed out and not sure what I was going to do. Gavin, who works at VIP, noticed my situation after he got off work and didn’t hesitate to come over and help. He stayed and helped me replace my oil pan seal and even helped me do an oil change right there in the parking lot on his own time, after his shift. He didn’t have to do any of that, but he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and could get back on the road safely.
