Original Carboxx Car Dealer

2021 Malibu purchased 45dys ago and since 1wk after getting the car we've been getting the run and sent back and forth to Mitsubishi to have it fixed but apparently the warranty that Carrboxx advised us to buy for this reason barely covers anything. The headlights went out the night we got the vehicle instantly called them they said take it to Mitsubishi on Airport, cool only problem is they said the entire car needs rewiring and the headlights don't go on the car, the wiring was redone in order to rig up the headlights. Fast forward to wk 2 the car is push to start and also has an auto stop feature. As I was sitting at a red light I turned the ac off and the entire car cuts off, I call them they said they called Mitsubishi and to take it to them, get over there and the ppl have zero clue

Sold my sons a car with no proper sales contract. Got a copy of the the sales contract that was forged and even had different dates from the paperwork given. Do not buy from this place. We are trying to get in touch with their legal department and general manager but no one will answer or respond. I advise everyone to look over their paperwork and make sure it wasn't forged. So far we have found over a dozen people this has happened too.
