This dealer has a multitude of 5-star reviews, and I see why. Jeff answered all my questions, provided me with any images I requested, and explained what was needed. Buying a vehicle sight unseen requires being able to trust the person you are dealing with be be truthful and honest. Thank you for not misleading me on any aspect of this vehicle. And, YES, I would recommend this dealer.

We bought a truck from this dealership, and less than 24 hours later the motor failed. When we contacted them about the issue, we spoke to the owner Yuval who refused to make things right or even return our deposit. This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest and reliable place to buy a vehicle. I would strongly warn anyone considering buying here to think twice. A dealership that won’t take care of its customers when something goes wrong so quickly does not deserve your business. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST AND THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY AND NOT HONEST WITH THERE CUSTOMERS. Had a great shopping experience at the Orlando Auto Lounge. Started with a small hiccup on our behalf but the owner Yuvi made sure to smooth everything out. Beautiful showroom. Beautiful cars. Kind and friendly staff. That’s what I call A+ service and business. Looking for your next truck? I haven’t seen another shop like it.

Love the truck, just what I wanted. Just got out on I-4 yesterday and tire pressure sensor error came up on front tires. Maybe nothing else is wrong

Do not take your business here! Drove 3 hours to look at a truck. spoke to dave days on end about the vehicle and sent pictures and information about my truck. he tells me to come in to discuss more and that a trade would be worked out! we get to the dealer ship and waited about 30 minutes to speak to someone and ended up talking to someone completely different. we spoke to jeff who was very rude and disrespectful after a long drive there to only get less then 10 minutes of his time. These people do not care about there customers and will try to scam you out of your money!! Worst experience i have ever had at a dealership!! will be taking my business elsewhere to a company that actually appreciates my time!!
