Special thanks to the ORR Auto MAXX team for getting us the vehicle we wanted. Another location wanted to play hard ball and lost our business. Oh well, their loss. Terrible experience. Drove an hour and a half to purchase a vehicle that they said was in stock at the dealership. They loaned the vehicle out 3 days prior. Then proceeded to tell me it will take an hour to get to the facility. Also told me a price and would not honer the price they told me. Worst dealer experience I’ve ever experienced. Very unprofessional.

This place discriminates I was just informed by Brad after my application has been processed and approved over phone by clay if I don't show up physically other customers come first even when I work 7 days a week. Very sad, why have application online if u have to physically be there to get assistance when you are a working mom. Online makes process smoother to complete sale in person.

They put a post on Facebook that stated, "no credit or bad credit doesn't matter. zero down and close to two hundred a month." I make an appointment on one of my few days off, just to get told I need a cosigner or put 50% down. that's false advertisement.

They were great helping me get my car thanks too jasmine and shun .thank yall for yall help
