I’ve been to this shop twice and had a great experience both times. Joe made sure he stayed in contact with me from the start of the repairs to the end. He even followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was going smooth with my vehicle. I will be taking my truck there for all future repairs. Highly recommend! Osni is the best shop I have ever been too. Really takes care of me. Make sure the problem is resolved. Also warranties all his work so if the part fails he makes sure he replaces the part and does the job better. 100 percent I trust this shop and recommend everyone to him.

By pure luck I broke down near Osni Automotive. They turned a stressful day into a reminder that good, honest people still exist. My car completely died about 30 minutes from home, and while I was waiting for a two-hour tow, I walked over to ask for help. Without hesitation, the owner sent someone right away and even offered to park my car safely by their shop. Since I was already there, they checked it out, gave me a fair quote, and had the repair done hours sooner than promised. Everyone was so kind, respectful, and genuine. A family business that truly cares about people, i’m lucky to have found them.
