This is my second time getting something done with them! They are absolutely kind, professional, and helpful people! The first time I came with no appointment, and they helped me right away (squeezing me in between customers). Pete showed me the issue, what he was going to fix, and got it done in about an hour (I had some holes/leaks in my mid pipe). I was impressed with how quickly he got the job done! A few weeks later and completely unrelated problem- my muffler/exhaust fell due to the bracket breaking. I had a wedding to go to the next day, and he told me it was not safe to drive it to NYC with all the potholes (it could fall out at any time without support). There's a reason Pete's has mostly 5 Star reviews. Pete is the real thing. I called him and said I had an exhaust problem. He said drive over and he would check it. The problem was diagnosed and repaired within a few hours from my call. This included welding new pipes and parts. He showed me the problem and offered me a fair price. From moment of first contact through payment, I felt complete: professionalism, honesty, and courtesy. WOW.

I posted a review here a few years ago when I had them remove the muffler off my A3. Recently had a hole develop in the exhaust of my S5 so I brought it back here to get it fixed. Still the same amazing five star service. Friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient, they were able to fix my exhaust hanger and fill the hole in no time. To top it off, he gave me an amazing price. There is no doubt in my mind, this is the best muffler shop in the Fairfield County area.
