I had a great car trade-in experience at Oswego Motors. The process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. Jared, the salesman, was excellent to work with—professional, honest, and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable with the deal. No pressure, just clear communication and great service. I also want to acknowledge Piza, the mechanic, for taking the time to explain details and making sure everything was thoroughly checked. It really added to the confidence I had in the vehicle. Overall, a solid experience with good people. I’d definitely recommend Oswego Motors.

Today my Husband got me this pretty black car- Chevrolet Cruze with Cruz amazing help! I was able to meet him after work and had a great personality for sure!! we all got to meet Jared, and now we are getting the windows tinted as well. Such a wonderful quick experience. I recently bought a 2006 Toyota Avalon XLS w/60K miles from Oswego Motors. It's one of the nicest (and lowest mileage) I'd come across of its type. Chad and Cruz were easy to work with. Oswego Motors has their own auto repair shop on property and they did a noteworthy amount of service work on this car (at their cost) before I got it. But with any twenty year old vehicle, more service work was still needed and I expected I would need to cover some of that cost myself (which I did). Overall, I would buy another car from Oswego Motors because I believe they had exactly what I wanted and they ensured I was happy - both before, during and after the sale. Thank you!
