My husband took our car here for cleaning, and the job was very poorly done. It honestly looked like the car wasn’t cleaned at all. The seats were still dirty, and the area under the seats hadn’t been touched. When we raised the issue, he spoke to the manager, who was rude and unprofessional. I usually don’t do reviews but I came here one other time and they did a great job for the price. The second time I came they did a terrible job. I paid for the leather treatment and they did not treat the back of the car. The only did the front seats and it was very poorly done. The seats and car were still visibly dirty and they spent maybe 5 minutes total cleaning my entire car. How can you clean a car this size with vacuuming and leather seat treatment in that time. I should have asked for a re do or a refund but I have a hard time with that. They should offer a deep cleaning option. I am fine waiting longer and paying more but I paid $40 for this and it doesn’t even look like that did anything. Very dissatisfied. **Broke my Navigation door on my Car** I came here all the time but has gone downhill. This past week I came for a wash and detail they broke my GPS navigation wood grain door on my car. Then they said it was my fault. The door didn't work so they forced it manually to open and now it's impossible to get it shut. AND I had to come home and detail my car. This is pictures of their detailing... HORRIBLE. My incident report was denied and they won't even refund my wash and detail. The employees were very rude and blamed it on me. In fact I felt threatened by one young man who was approximately 6'0 tall with blonde curly hair. There's too many other car washes around... Don't go here!

We’ve had good experience getting the car cleaned inside and out. I haven’t seen many interior cleaning car washes in our area, so we love Otter for what they offer!

FIVE stars every time! I go out of my way to this car wash. It’s not close to my home but it is worth the drive. A team of people descend upon my car immediately and they meticulously clean every inch both inside and out. A bonus for me: The employees seem genuinely happy to be there. That’s unusual these days. Well done to management. I’ve referred several people to this place of business and always get positive feedback.
