OTTO European Repair

I had an outstanding experience at Otto European Repair. The team here is incredibly honest, transparent, and clearly focused on building a long-term relationship with their clients. I came in for rear brake work on my 2021 Volkswagen Jetta, and they provided decent, fair pricing and excellent customer service. I really appreciated their professional approach and the fact that they stand behind their work with a solid warranty. It’s hard to find a shop that values integrity this much. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a team they can trust!

I used to take my car to Luke’s Automotive for years, so when they transitioned to OTTO European Repair, I wasn’t sure how things would feel. I recently needed a B12 service and decided to give the new shop a try — and they really impressed me. The customer service was excellent. They kept me updated throughout the inspection and even sent clear photos of an issue they found, which made everything feel transparent and honest. I also appreciated learning that they kept two of the mechanics from Luke’s, which adds a lot of continuity and trust. Even though the name focuses on European cars, they still take care of other brands too, which is great for households with mixed vehicles. After going to Luke's for years, I wasn't sure what to expect going into Otto's. I didn't need to worry. The service was great from beginning to end. They made me feel welcome and listened to what I thought my car issue was (alternator). They took my car in and kept me updated throughout the initial inspection, estimated cost, repair, and completion. I feel this team will continue the quality work that used to be Luke's and also feel confident I will take my car to them without hesitation in the future. Great new company. I'm really glad I have them a try. I have 20 year old BMW Z4 that needed maintenance. They completely understood when I was talking to them about upgrading my brakes and suspension and offered to order parts through their supplier so I can get them warrantied. Apparently everyone there has a long history with various car brands, not just European brands. Been working with them to get this Z4 to tiptop shape and it's really obvious that they care more about building a relationship with their customers than trying to sell them on unnecessary services. Their hourly labor prices are very reasonable and was good about contacting me about an issues that come up during the custom brake line install because they didn't want to modify the car without consulting me first. Will is extremely professional, and warm. I visited this service Center with my 7 year old, and we were welcome by a newly remodel reception area with enough snacks and drinks to keep us warm. His interaction was honest right from the time o called him. It was so nice knowing him, and his passion for restoring cars. Do check his antique defender and 1982 Porsche. I had my oil changed and front breaks changed in matter of no time. Each staff was so refreshing to talk to, and first ever Center where I felt that they committed themselves for serving customers like family. My best wishes to Will and team.
