Ouachita Collision Center

Greg did an excellent job on my truck and provides first class customer service. Hope I don’t have any collision needs anytime soon, but he is my guy if I do.

This post would have been a one star if they did not work with me to fix their mess ups. I have a 2018 GMC Sierra and the truck only has about 50k miles on it. When I bought it, it was pristine. Sadly in march we had a nasty hail storm and caused a lot of damage. I took my truck to get an estimate from my insurance and they had quoted it. Ouachita came recommended to me. So I took my truck there. Big mistake. I was told it would take about a 3-4 days for PDR (paintless dent removal) to fix the damage. It ended up taking about 3 times as long. During which no updates were provided from them on the extended time frame. Each time I wanted an update, I had to call. I get my truck back and the exterior work was great. Interior however, was horrible. Plastics were damaged and scuffed, headliner

Quality service! They are so friendly and helpful. My car was fixed in a timely manner, they let me use a loaner, and cleaned the car before it was brought back. Very good service! I’m glad I found them.

Absolutely the best collision center I dealt with. Greg is super nice and goes above and beyond what is necessary to help you. His employees are great too recommend highly you use him

Fast friendly service, they also have a quick turn around they don't keep your vehicle for a long time!!
