I’ve got to say, Jay was one of the best dealers I’ve ever worked with. Even though my credit wasn’t great and I was basically starting from rock bottom, he still found a way to help get me into the perfect vehicle. He went above and beyond — adjusting the price, and my required down payment, to fit what worked best for me and work with the bank to just work with me! . He did it all without hesitation. You can really tell that he cares about his customers and loves what he does. The selection of vehicles was great, and the whole process was so fast — I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Normally, buying a car takes me all day, so that was a huge bonus. Honestly, I didn’t even expect to leave with a new car that day, but after what Jay did for me, I couldn’t say no. Truly a bless

Smooth as butter on a biscuit. No pressure, no gimmicks, just straight-shootin’, friendly folks lettin’ us take our time. We ended up passin’ on the car, but left feelin’ good about the whole thing. I've dealt with some shady used dealers over the years, but I finally found a gem! Jay was very straight up with me and so helpful. My credit score wasn't the best, and the vehicle I wanted was one of the pricier ones on the lot. Jay made it happen! He was a great communicator and explained all the terms and conditions. Even the lady at Peoples Financial is super nice. If I ever need another car, I know where I am going and recommend you do the same! I got a 2020 Hyundai elantra with low miles, and it runs great! Jay is the absolute best! I have now got three cars through him an wouldn’t go any where else. He makes sure before I walk out the door that I am completely satisfied.
