Had a rough start elsewhere, but everything changed when I came in on a Friday and worked with Cristian on a Mazda CX-9. He was transparent and helpful. The GM, Brandon, asked for a fair shot before we made a final decision. We came back, test drove again, and they met us exactly where we needed to be on price and financing. They even beating our interest rate through Apple Federal Credit Union. Everyone was friendly, patient (especially with our toddler), and never pushy. Smooth, efficient process from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I arrived ten minutes early for my online appointment at 11:30am, which I scheduled due to a recent recall and a TPMS warning light, but they told me they had no record of my reservation. They said it would take about two and a half hours if I left the car there, so I told them I would be back after lunch in two hours and left. When I returned around 1:30pm, they hadn't even started and told me to wait until 4:30pm. They gave me some nonsense about it taking two and a half hours only if I were actually waiting at the service center. So, I went back home to wait. I then received a call saying I would have to wait until 6:00pm. I told them I would pick it up late this evening or tomorrow morning, but they suddenly insisted I come by noon tomorrow. I had a really frustrating experience with Chantilly Kia Service, specifically with an associate named Tom. I called Chantilly Kia in the morning about a bubble in my tire. At first, the staff on the phone was polite, but they told me they couldn’t find any tire coverage for my car. Since I was confused, I called Alexandria Kia (where I bought the car), and they confirmed that I do have tire and wheel coverage. When I called Chantilly Kia back, Tom told me he checked all the coverage companies they work with and still couldn’t find my coverage. Dropped the car at 7 am for oil and check engine lights, got the car at 5 pm with oil light and check engine light as soon i drove off. Nothing new here just dealer scamming people, 430$ oil change and diagnosing what a joke. Update they called me saying don't bring your car here again lol
