I had a wonderful experience at Ourisman Fairfax Toyota. Jan Khan was very patient and really listened to what I needed. He showed me different options and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I ended up with a RAV4 that has all the features I wanted at a very good price. This is my first car and my first gift to myself . The whole process was smooth, and I truly appreciate the great service. Highly recommend

Had a great interaction with Mr. Hitesh and he helped us immensely with an urgent car issue. My daughter had a damaged windshield due to a rock hitting it on her drive home from college. She had to get back to college and it was very difficult to see through the damaged windshield. I reached out to Hitesh with a very time sensitive request for help. He jumped in to support me, including getting me a quick estimate so I can work with my insurance to get the needed approvals. Hitesh and his team did a fantastic job working with me to get the windshield replaced, even if that meant they had to stay late. I recommend Ourisman Fairfax Toyota’s glass service for their customer focus and willingness to go above and beyond !!!

Overall, I had a very positive experience. The team, especially the ladies at the front desk, was very helpful and handled communication directly with the insurance company and rental car services, which made the process much less stressful. The only downside was that I usually had to call in to get updates rather than receiving proactive communication. That said, whenever I did call, the staff was responsive and happy to provide information. The final result was excellent--my car came out looking like new. I was pleased with the quality of work and the support throughout the repair process. :)

Jonathan Diaz helped me out greatly getting the bumper serviced for my 2021 Corolla. He was very pleasant to talk to, and the additional information he provided me gave me a better understanding of my vehicle. Much appreciated Jonathan!

I had a great experience with Hitesh. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Despite my late arrival due to a personal reason, he was extremely accommodating and understanding. The duplicate key registration was completed quickly and efficiently, and everything was explained clearly. Excellent service from start to finish—I highly recommend Hitesh.
