When I first walked in now one was at the front desk. Several car salesmen walked past me no one even said hello or let me get someone for you. The gentleman who works the front desk was extremely polite and even apologized for my wait. My appointment was for 2:30 for an oil change. At 4:15 the gentleman at the front desk called me up and told me my car was finished and was in the car wash bay but that they found a nail in my tire and asked if I wanted to get it patched for $45. I said yes already knowing that a tire patch anywhere else would only cost me $10 most but i just let them do it. At 5:37 i was called back up and told that my car was finished. I waited over an hour for a tire patch that should’ve only taken 15 minutes at most. It took 3 hours to do an oil change and patch a tire.

Absolutely terrible service experience. The oil light came on in my car last week, which is one of those terrifying things you don't want to see - it's often the last sign before catastrophic damage occurs to your engine. My usual mechanic was unable to work on my car for another week, so he suggested I take it to a dealership as it might still be under warranty (spoiler: it was not). The only positive here is that Ourisman was able to get my car in the next morning, and they did, technically, do the repairs they claimed they did. After I picked my car up, I noticed it was making a new sound, but only when I turned onto an exit ramp from highway speed.
