I am actually stunned and flabbergasted by how terrible the service here was. It took them 6 weeks to diagnose and "fix" my car. There were a lack of responses and general inactivity linked with ridiculous excuses. I was charged an absurd price of $3700 to replace a wheel axle, wheel bearing, and wheel. I only decided to pay it, because I need to have a car to function in Northern Virginia. I can't wait for months without a car. I also believed they would at least do a good job if I paid that much. My naivety and general faith in humanity were horribly wrong. My car now makes scrapping sounds when I take a hard left or right turn.
