Tried to order a part. Told had to use pay pal. Then rep on the phone was flippant. I order parts from Toyota Dealers all over the country. Not my first run in with the dealership. Go elsewhere. !!!!!!! Sending letter about this to Ted Ogawa (TMNA) to request their dealership can be REVOKED.

Custom service was fast and helpful. Found Exactly what I was looking for with their help. Shipping was fast. I wish they had a dealership in Georgia

Ourisman Toyota of Richmond Parts Department is top notch. I recently ordered some front end parts for my 2013 Camry via their website and soon after I placed the order, they reached out to me to let me know that two of the parts that I ordered were incorrect for my car and offered to update my order with the correct parts. I understand their in it to make money.but $20 for a little pcv valve that everyone else gets $7 for,even Ourisman on line.far as parts people,their just rude to me,but I guess I got spoiled dealing with Billy in parts when it was Mcgeorge Toyota,he was always so Nice &Knowledgeable &didn't act like I was interrupting his day when I called to spend money &buy a part.

Got my recommended service last week. They didn’t install my tire caps. I’m missing 4 caps now. You need to check behind their work. 6 months ago in my other service they didn’t fill my coolant as well. So every time when you get service from them you need to make sure they did it correctly! Wouldn’t recommend this location.
