Ourisman Vinfast of Waldorf

Where do I even begin? My experience has been absolutely horrible. I decided to purchase a VinFast vehicle from Ourisman while living out of state (MD to FL), and the condition in which the “new” vehicle was delivered was beyond unacceptable. The car arrived with 200 miles already on it, dirty and clearly not detailed at all. It had scratched parts—including the back bumper and roof tail—and the interior was covered in white dust (from what, I don’t even know). The windows still had glue residue from the sticker, and the wheels were left sticky with plastic glue, now holding onto dirt. It looked more like a trade-in than a brand-new vehicle.
