Outlaw Offroad - Knoxville

The entire crew from start to finish were amazing at Outlaw Offroad. Being a Veteran and supporting other Small Business Veteran Owner and Operated organizations is another great supporting element. I had a leveling lift on my 2023 Ford Raptor done along with wheel and tire alignment. I can’t recommend these guys enough and I will be back for all of my truck and Offroad needs.

These guys are great! They took care of my truck, installed a 6" rough country lift on it and showed excellent hospitality and service when I dropped it off and also when I picked it up. I will be doing business with them again for wheels and tires!

Really nice people, they helped us out with my jeep. We went to a different shop originally to take care of an issue, but that shop replaced parts and the issue still wasn't fixed. We found Outlaw Off-Road for another opinion.During there installation process they determined the first shop didn't install parts correctly. Not only did Outlaw Off-Road get us in quickly, they installed new parts and reinstalled old parts from the other shop correctly all in the same day. Super grateful for their knowledge and expertise. I can now safely drive my vehicle.

Upgraded from shortarm to long arm, frame repair, and had the oil pan/pump replaced. Outlaw did a very thorough inspection to write up the estimate. They did amazing work, dialed it in, and test drove it to be certain. The initial estimate was correct and they completed by the deadline. Ryan kept me up to date on progress and Matt's work was great; welds look good, markings on the suspension (proof he dialed it in), nice finish coating, etc. Only prepaid for the parts which is fair and the shop supply charge was low. Will definitely use Outlaw again for future needs. Edited review to add photos.

Ryan at Outlaw Offroad did an excellent job of communicating and scheduling the work to be accompanied. New tires, wheels, light bar and a 3” lift were installed. The work was completed ahead of schedule. A price for the parts and labor was provided before the work was done. The final price was exactly as the estimated cost. This is a busy shop with a good reputation and many customers. Ryan will get your project scheduled in a timely manner.
