Outlook at Pilot Butte

So thrilled about my decision to move into this community! They take pride in the decor and furnishings as they just finished some minor renovations to upgrade the look. Sara and Luis are always willing to drop what they're doing and help you and every month they offer opportunities to meet and greet your fellow residents!

Louis and Sara are both extremely friendly and available managers on-site. They made sure to explain everything to me, and answer any questions I had in a very timely manner. Outlook made my move-in experience as smooth as it could have been.

Best place I have ever lived! This is the first time living without roommates for me and I was able to get an affordable, spacious, and comfortable Studio (that really feels closer to a one bedroom). The staff is very attentive and available, and things like maintenance requests and rent payments are streamlined very well.

I recently upgraded from a 1B1B to a 2B2B at Outlook at Pilot Butte. I love the complex—from the floor plan designs and integrity of the buildings to the setting at the base of the butte; the amenities; and the team that runs the complex, who are top-notch to a person! There is a sense of community at Outlook at Pilot Butte that is comfortable and caring.

Staff is excellent. Maintenance is prompt. Hallways and grounds are clean. Great location near the hospital and walking distance to the Butte. We highly recommend it!
