Outten Chevrolet Used Car Dealership

This is my first time at this car dealer for service, first and foremost they are very friendly and courteous, I went in for a leak checkup and they found nothing, they explained to me what the cause was, scott the service technician explained that its just residue from previous oil changes. This place is really good in comparison to the chevy dealer in NYC bronx location.

I had a wonderful experience with Outten and they were very quick and my dealer Brandon was very helpful and great customer service.

Went there because it was suggested by Chevy online (based on my location and because they sell Chevy cars). What I witnessed while in the waiting room was that many people who are there for a minor service (like an oil change) end up 'needing' something else done to their car before they leave. The free coffee, cookies, and WiFi is not worth the trade-off.
