Overbuilt Customs

I stumbled into this shop today with a problem with my car. Hoping and Praying they could and would help me out of a jam. What a Blessing they turned out to be for me. They turned my frown into a Giant SMILE. What a pleasant surprise that there are people out there that still care and are willing to jump in and lend a hand when you don't know where else to turn. If your wondering if this place is legitimate or not, I'm here to tell you they are stand up Rock Solid. I would be comfortable letting them work on any project I needed completed. I just wanted to share my thoughts on Overbuilt Customs. I heard about this shop from a bunch of people, and here in Jacksonville, Florida, there are loads of 4x4 shops to pick from. So, I decided to give them a shot, and I was really impressed with how well they communicated, even from a few emails. They responded quickly, were totally transparent, and had fair prices. I recently put a bigger suspension system on my Jeep Gladiator and wanted some "pros" to check my work and do a proper alignment for safety and accuracy. Even though I'm not a pro, I'm really glad I did. They spotted several issues that needed fixing, and they were awesome to work with. We had a great experience here with our two jeeps. New bumper installation and some general maintenance. A lot of expertise. Will definitely be back.

So far they have been really easy to work with. Great communication, I spoke to the mechanic who was doing the work and he sounded knowledgeable and confident. I am so far very satisfied everything was explained to me in detail several times. I would recommend these guys for sure. *edit/update* Jeep was repaired on time under budget and runs great. I am so happy with this place Im seriously never going anywhere else. I forgot to add the update right after they completed the work and we’ve been driving the jeep, so I can say that the quality of work was excellent and I will be going back Thanks guys for the honest repair work.

Just had my new e-top installed on my Jeep by Overbuilt Customs, and it is AMAZING!!! Spencer was my installer and did a fantastic job. Abbey was so helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Overbuilt Customs!!
