From start to finish, I had the absolute best experience at Overseas Auto Body. This is the first auto body shop where I truly felt they communicated effectively and in a timely manner. After my Tesla was involved in a fender bender, I was really concerned about choosing the right shop, especially given the type of vehicle I have. I am beyond satisfied and so grateful for how well they took care of me throughout the entire process. The owner (I’m so sorry I forgot your name!) was incredibly welcoming and kind, which immediately put me at ease. A big thank you as well to Frank for walking me through every step and making sure I understood everything. I will definitely be back, hopefully not because of another accident lol!
