It is very difficult when trying to deal with a broken down car for my daughter when I am 600 miles away. Oxford Auto Care and Jared made it so much easier for me!!! They were amazing to work with and went above and beyond to take care of my daughter’s car. She was back on the road quicker than we expected! Oxford Auto Care came through for this Momma! My son is a student at Ole Miss, and I live out of state. He called to say his check engine light had come on, and after asking around, he was referred to a shop that I’ll leave unnamed. Had vehicle towed to them for what I thought was a starter gone bad. Turns out it was just a loose battery terminal connection. They got me all fixed up and had me back on the road. Honest and trustworthy customer service without charging for parts or services I didn’t need. Thanks!

Called to get a quote for hours to replace a slave cylinder/ throw out bearing. Quoted me $9,000. Aked for him to explain how he got to the number considering the part cost from $85-$130 and hours for work should be $1200 at most. Guy did not say a word for 20 seconds then said it was based off a previous customer who had a bunch of random stuff done which i don't need and then tried to sell the fact I needed them to diagnose the issue which i don't.
