Strictly accounting issue: My mother's estate is due a refund and I was told it would take up to 90 days to receive it. It has been 137 days and numerous phone calls and emails and still no refund. The accounting office has told me on three different occasions the check is in the mail. Still have not received a check. Very disappointed with how the accounting office is handling the situation. Very frustrating!

Jamie and the entire staff at Oxford Senior Living has been amazing to work with. We have experienced care at 2 previous homes in Wichita and the level of care and professionalism has been the best by far. Oxford Senior Living is a great company who cares deeply for their residents and their residents families! They went over and above to provide quality of life for my mom and stepfather during their last few years battling the Alzheimer's disease. This was a very emotional and stressful time for me and my brothers as it was so hard to see our parents go through the stages of this disease. It is definitely harder on the family to see their loved ones lose their independence and forget who their family is. It broke my heart to see them in this state, but I was so grateful for the love and care the Oxford staff provided especially with the outings and special activities they organized for my parents as they truly enjoyed them! It was such a good feeling to see my mom dancing with my stepdad

A fractured neck, a result of a fall in the common area, where no care aides were watching the residents. After a hospital stay, then experienced drops in medications and a need to hire sitters because the care promised was never consistent. After hours, no way to contact anyone on site. We gave our notice and now 8 weeks later, we have not received the monies we are due back. The local facility unable to answer if the check has been sent or in process and the Corporate Controller will not return messages. No way to run any business.

This is a great company and their employees are the best.
