This was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a company. I popped my tire this morning, the Friday before spring break, as I was leaving to go home. I pull up and the lot is packed, and I’m worried to death because I have a birthday to get home for. The lady working the front, Joanna, was an absolute saint and immediately got my tire type down (because I was none the wiser) and somehow, even though their lot was packed and they were answering calls back to back, they still somehow managed to get me my car back within 30 minutes. This is not my first car fiasco and I have waited hours and even days but this service was next to extraordinary. 6 stars if I could. Bless these people because they saved my week!

I just want to thank Oxford Tire Inc for taking great care of my daughter's car/battery. Being over 600 miles away and not knowing anybody in Oxford is unnerving when you need trusted help for your child. We've definitely found the spot we will always turn to.

Had a slow leak from a nail in my tire. Went in thinking I’d have to get a new tire, but they were able to replace it for me! Super fast, very nice people. Will be returning and recommending to friends after this!

When it comes to hustle, the staff and mechanics at Oxford Tire could be starters at Ole Miss football; they are that active. We needed two SUVs serviced with tire rotations, checked pressures, and problems (if any) identified from this work. The results were under an hour for both, even with stalls very busy. The cost was surprisingly low compared what we are used to. And when checking out, the mechanics covered any problems on the vehicles identified, whether short or longterm. Those are very helpful in planning. Plus, any anomalies, like a tire-pressure warning light still showing after repair, was covered (since these can stay on for a short time after air is pumped, I learned). The things one can learn at Oxford Tire, Inc. . . .

The father and the son are both incredibly rude. They didn't have tires for my car. I bought them elsewhere and called them to see if they could put them on. The lady on the phone said "yes, of course." So, I brought the tires to them and the guy (the son) said since I didn't buy the tires from him (the tires that they didn't have!) he would make sure that I would wait long for the service. Who says such a thing to a paying customer? He has a great teacher (his father) who taught him how to be incredibly rude. Also, he wanted to sell me tires that I never heard of for $140 dollars each. I got Goodyear for less than $100. Terrible service, take your business else where. They also have a caricature posted on their wall that mocks Chinese people.
