I was stranded out of state (I'm from NY); I googled a shop nearby and saw this place's high ratings. So, I called and made arrangements for my car to be towed to the shop. Mr Firas is a pleasant human being. He explained to me that my tranny needed to be replaced and I opted not to invest that kind of money on a 2005 car with such high mileage. He let me keep the car there overnight at no cost and assisted me in getting a truck with a dolly AND hooked it up for me. I was shocked that he did not attempt to rip me off like most shops do with customers in the same situation as me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Bendiciones para ti y tu familia, Firas!

ETD Tire & Auto in Denville replaced my upper control arms with brand-new ones and completed a wheel alignment. The vehicle was wandering and pulling while traveling at high speeds over 55 mph. After taking the car back to ETD multiple times, they insisted and argued that all checks were okay and the problem was with the steering shaft rack and/or column. Got a 2nd opinion from OffCamber Autosport in Rockaway (BMW Specialist). They assured me all was checked ok after charging me for a diagnostic fee and wheel alignment. The problem continued. I took it to P&S Auto Care in Rockaway, and Faris, the owner, was finally able to fix the car. The problem: The control arms' bushings were NOT preloaded with the vehicle's weight.
