It’s not very easy to find a shop you trust, but I think I found mine. The staff at Wall Automotive is super friendly and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything that was going on with my vehicle in a friendly manner without making things over-complicated. They kept the promised deadline on the service, (THANK YOU Alex) It’s a relief to have a local shop that prioritizes honesty and great service. Highly recommend!

Great experience with the Wall Automotive team. My daughter's car had a weird rattle, I dropped it off and got a call later that morning that a heat shield was loose, they fixed that and gave me a list of a few things that needed attention. I've had other shops give me the never ending "fix list" but this one was reasonable and all sounded right to me. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Will definitely go back.

My experience was disappointing and felt dishonest My experience with this shop was not good. In short, I feel they took advantage of my situation and overcharged me. I was visiting from Ontario, Canada, when my car started overheating near their location. Since they had good reviews, I decided to bring my car here — which, looking back, was a mistake. I explained the issue, and they quoted me $1,850 USD to replace the water pump and thermostat. Later, I found out this job should typically cost no more than $1,200. What bothered me most was that they clearly knew I was in a tough spot — far from home and dependent on my car — yet still chose to overcharge. To top it off, when I came to pick up my car, I asked if they could quickly pump up my tires. The response was a dismissive “sure,”
