In 2022, I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. During the purchase process, I was strongly encouraged to buy an extended warranty through United States Warranty Corp. The warranty cost me $5,000 in addition to my down payment, and I was told it would provide strong protection and peace of mind. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have had multiple engine-related issues, and every time my mechanic contacts the warranty company, they come up with excuses to deny the repairs. The coverage

I purchased a car at Pacific Auto Center in Costa Mesa last week. Unfortunately the bad reviews on this dealership are true. The biggest issue is the lack of integrity. They use classic dealership style scams like a bait and switch tactic on pricing. They advertised a price for my van to which i agreed upon and didn't even try to negotiate them down from their listed asking price. We went into an office to finalize the deal where they attempted to charge an additional $5,500 for paint protection, theft deterrents, tint, and other add-ons that were never discussed beforehand. They lied about the addons not being able to be removed. I also found a problem with the suspension and asked their mechanic to look at it and let me know what we can do about it.
