BUYER BEWARE 🚨🛑🚨🛑🚨🛑I purchased a 2016 GMC 12/21/2025 from this lot. $8000. 4 DAYS after driving the vehicle it would not start. I contacted Riggs Rodriguez and he said I “bought bad gas”.(gas from Albertsons-don’t think so!!) I said I wanted to return vehicle and he said he would ask boss, Cruz de Herrera and get back to me. Never did. So I cursed him out via text. Haven’t heard back. Other than a “god bless”. And not another word. Glad he sleeps well at night. I then took gmc to a mechanic and they replaced the fuel pump and fuel module, as this was the codes showing. 1200$ later and gmc is still doing the same thing. Won’t start or dies while driving. Took to GMC dealership and they found the wiring breaks causing voltage to be inconsistent. $700. And again. Vehicle doing the same thin

After buying what we thought was a great car, found out it had multiple wrecks and repairs. We thought she had given us the opportunity to expand our horizons turns put we have to put a ton oof money into a broken car. Beyond disappointed and frustrated. We specifically asked about clean titles. Sad.

This place has some shady business practices, If you want to be treated fairly you will STAY AWAY from Pacific Auto Sales. This dealership is the epitome of a used card dealership. I would give a Zero stars but that is not an option.
