After my car got stolen, and thankfully recovered (with some damage), a trusted friend in the auto industry recommended that I have my car entrusted to Pacific Collision. All the way through the entire process they were professional, communicative, and thorough. They know what they’re doing and they make it look easy. A couple of months ago, I found myself in an accident and needed to get my vehicle to a body shop quickly. That's when I connected with Ruben, who truly went above and beyond in working with the insurance and the dealership to arrange the necessary repairs.
