This place is terrible I had money stolen from my purse which was on the passenger side of my husband’s truck that was towed. The following day my husband called, Sunday so I would be able to have my keys and purse back.The tow yard was closed so we were only allowed to take out belongings for a fee of $75.00. When my husband got home he mentioned to just make sure everything was in my purse To my “socking surprise I could not believe I was missing money my hard earned money.’”My thanksgiving dinner money was gone. $280.00 cash, oh but they left some change a few dollars! My first reaction was to call back so we were told to call back the following business day to speak to a supervisor. This place needs to be investigated. They are predators so watch out. The guy that was there on a Saturday was very rude but that's nothing. They turn police referred clients into victims so hopefully nothing of value is in the car and even when you pay their fees they send an "official" invoice with dmv letterhead saying that they plan to sell your car as a lien holder. I feel violated by tslohake down. The sinister look in that guy's eyes says it all. This is not legal. Shame on them but karma is real so wait for it. Trouble is coming their way. Plan to file a police report asap and a complaint to the city and get them off the official police tow list because their tactics makes the city look bad. I'm sure they've been warned before.

Saved me and my mom from the highway 🥹 Our insurance roadside assistance still didn't give us an update after 20 minutes and other tow companies estimated 1-1/2 to 2 hrs until available. My mom is elderly and the temperature was getting warmer. We caught them at a lucky moment, perhaps, as it took just a little over half an hour. Came by, the man was super friendly when he picked us up. He brought us to the nearest auto center (though we ended up not going with them as the quote was out of our budget). He got our Cadillac Escalade up onto the back of the truck very fast! Thank you so much 😭 Only $250 for our tow which is a lot less than I thought it'd be.

If I could give this place a 100 stars I would. They really went above and beyond. They are truly caring, respectful, thoughtful, considerate. I really appreciate everything they did. Carlos, thank you so much for driving me to my truck.

These guys are good, I called them to get a semi truck towed and gave me a reasonable price, I was able to get the truck to start and had to cancel, and the guys had no problem at all, they didn't get to the place but when I ask the guy if I owed him anything he said No, we didn't tow it so no problem.
