Never buy a used vehicle here. What a nightmare! Incorrectly installed a new serpentine belt 3 times. I had my car towed to my trusted mechanic. The belt was installed wrong which caused the alternator to freeze up. I'm so happy my mechanic figured out what they did wrong. No wonder I never saw anyone buying a new vehicle during the many trips I made to get my car repaired. STAY AWAY!!

West Broad Collision has poor customer service. The manager and receptionist were rude. I was involved in an auto accident no fault of my own. The other driver’s Geico insurance paid for the damage except 300.00 and I am expected to pay out of pocket. Apparently there is a market rate of automotive repair costs and Geico is not paying the difference of the higher rate that West End Collision center is charging. I told the manager that this is ridiculous and I am not going to pay. He said that I cannot pick up my car until it was paid and if I didn’t like it I should have taken my car somewhere else. This will be the last time I will take my car there and will not purchase any cars from the Page Auto Group.

If it took them a day with the first diagnostic and they couldn't figure out the issue, How could they possibly figure it out in less than 54 mins ? ( Had they already figured it out and just wanted me to pay ? Problem #2 Although i am not a mechanic, i am a biomedical engineer. I don't work on engines but i know that if an engine is being taken apart as they said they were doing it, it would definitely take more than 54 mins. So what exactly did they do different in that time frame that they hadn't done before? Did they actually ever even bother to take the engine apart and actually diagnose what the issue was ? Problem #3 After they supposedly took apart the engine and diagnosed the issue, i was assured that addressing the issue would fix my car which is why i agreed to have them fix it,

BEWARE!! Title transfer for my used vehicle is still not completed after 60 days!! Apparently, Page Auto Group is not investing in the necessary resources to comply with VA DMV Statute to have vehicle title transferred to new owner within 30 days.
