Pagliai Collision

Great people. Bad mechanic. Got home Hood support clip was broken. radiator overflow tank cap was gone. N battery wasn't tight. Had to fix it. How that happens. ? Won't go there again

Just your standard oil change & tire rotation but always happy with Pagliai’s. Very convenient that they’ll pick up my vehicle while I’m at work & drop it back. Vacuumed my floor & cleaned my front windshield. Customer service & service quality are both 5/5.

I called Pagliai's after discovering that all 4 tires of my new (used) car were dry rotted. I don't remember the womans name, but she was very nice, sent my call right over to the tire guy who quoted me a price that I couldn't refuse. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Got me scheduled the same week. When I took my vehicle in, I did minimal paperwork, and the wait time was only long because I had accidentally skipped breakfast. Mimi did the labor and put the tire with the least amount of wear up under my vehicle to be used for a spare if ever needed.

Pagliai collision has worked with my insurance company twice to get me estimates for crash and hail damage. Smooth service.
