Pahrump Wash Co

Best car wash in Pahrump! Very similar to the Wow car wash chain as it’s a tunnel car wash with something at the front power washing and guiding you into the tunnel. There are 3 tiers and you can purchase single washes or monthly memberships that allows for 1 wash per day and goes off your license plate. When you exit the tunnel your car is air dried and then you can park and use the towels and cleaner, the vacuums and the trash cans if you want to, which is complimentary. Definitely worth the money to go for the monthly membership. Customer service is also always very good as everyone is friendly and helpful.

Great car wash! Friendly staff with amazing customer service. I really enjoy going to get my car washed there. Car always looks so clean after and I love how happy the employees always are. Thanks Pahrump Wash Co!

Update: I returned to this wash and the employee from my prior visit apologized. I appreciate that. Overall I like this car wash and will continue coming here. ____________________________________ I - visited today and unfortunately experienced poor service for the first time. I provided my previous license plate number to transfer my membership, but the associate misread it and incorrectly informed me multiple times that the transfer was not possible. She stated she didn’t know who told me otherwise and said, “That’s above my pay grade.” After speaking with another employee inside, it turned out the first associate had pulled up an entirely different customer’s license plate #. My plates had already been successfully transferred to my current vehicle. The situation could have been easily

My wife ended up signing up for their washes, but we noticed our car remained dirty along the lower sides and back, even after two washes. Also, we normally hand wash & wax our vehicle and are pretty aware of existing paint issues or blemishes our vehicle has, but just recently while hand washing the car, I spotted an area where the clear protective coat looks to have bubbled on the passenger front quarter panel and the bubble is filled with water; That quarter panel did not look that way before using the Pahrump Wash - I'm thinking the high pressure water may have done something to the protective coat. We've cancelled our account and will go back to hand washing our vehicles.

Great customer service. The staff are friendly. I don’t usually write reviews at all but I do have to say it does miss quite a few spots on the car. I wasn’t too impressed with the car wash itself both times I went. I hope some changes are made because I wouldn’t mind giving it another chance if so.
