Palladium Autos

I recently purchased a car from Palladium Autos. At the end of the document signing, I was pressured to leave a review in order to spin a wheel at a chance to win a prize. I left a review, under pressure, for a chance to win a gift card. I never did spin the wheel. This is an updated “real” review based on my experience. I stay in Northern California and negotiated the price over the phone. We agreed on the “out the door price.” Once I arrived, Mike “finance guy” started adding additional fees. I told him, I came out here under the agreed upon out the door price. He said, “no, that’s the price for the car, these fees are separate.” I felt like I was being hustled and taken advantage of. There were several additional fees but the one I was most upset about was the $150 for a single day use

Mike was very patient- I put $500 deposit and was able to come back several times to make sure It worked - My mom could get into it and get the wheelchair in it. Several test drives around the area. Very accommodating. I will recommend to friends looking for a good deal.

I had such a great experience at this auto shop. From the moment I walked in, everyone was professional, welcoming, and honest. They took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. Huge shoutout to Sean for being especially helpful and informative. He walked me through the process, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done on my car. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way he does.
